History
The Okanagan Antique Power Club is a non-profit organization established in Kelowna, BC, Canada in 2001. The purpose of the club is to:
- Foster interest in vintage tractors, engines, trucks and machinery
- Preserve, restore and maintain this equipment
- Conserve historical records relating to the equipment and it's earlier use.
The club members participate in parades and holds shows and demonstrations of their equipment. They help each other in the search for those hard-to-find parts and with the restoration and maintenance work.
Current Membership
In early 2009 there are over 100 members. Though we are based in Kelowna, some come from as far afield as Midway, Keremeos and Little Fort. (Keremeos is west of Oliver, and the village of Midway is east of Osoyoos on the Border with Washington State)
